Return of the "Ungendered Military"

On Sunday February 8, the Boston Globe published my op-ed titled "Open Door Creates Problems," paired with a column by Aubrey Sarvis, Executive Director of the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network (SLDN), titled "Military Just Catching Up." The Globe also invited both of us to comment on the opposing article: "The Writers React to Each Other."

Solicitor General Nominee v. the Solomon Amendment

Homosexualists who want to use government power to impose their agenda on the military know that in the new Obama administration, "people are policy." To achieve their most radical goals through the courts, these activists surely are counting on Elena Kagan, Pres. Barack Obama's nominee for Solicitor General of the United States. If confirmed by the Senate, Kagan will be in a position to make or break scores of government policies and laws affecting the military, without the inconvenience of having to deal with elected representatives of the people in Congress.
